We have classes for all age groups, from age 4 on up, and for all interests.
-Kung Fu and Karate classes for those kids and adults who want everything the martial arts have to offer;
-Kickboxing and Thai/Kickboxing classes for those who want a challenging workout;
-Tai Chi Chuan classes for health and longevity;
-Japanese Swordsmanship for focus and discipline.
We offer private lessons for all of our programs.
