Biography of Sensei Crysta McFarland
Sensei Crysta McFarland has studied martial arts for the past nine years. Crysta is a Nidan (2nd degree black belt) in Okinwan Karate, Head Instructor of the Children's programs, and Head Instructor of Women's Kickboxing.
Crysta has received top honors for competition internationally and nationally for both forms and fighting, and she now serves as an official at many of these same competitions.
