Biography of Sensei Lilly Freeland
Sensei Lilly Freeland has studied martial arts for the past several years with North Bay Kung Fu Institute under Sifu Tim McFarland.
Lilly is a Shodan (1st degree black belt) in Okinawan Karate, a Chodan (1st degree black belt) in Tae Kwon Do, Certified as an Instructor in Women's Kickboxing, and specializes in teaching children of all ages.
Lilly has done well in international and national competition, consistently winning top honors, including winning Grand Champion at a recent regional tournament qualifying her to compete in Orlando at Walt Disney World's Wide World of Sports complex.
Sensei Freeland is a graduate of the rigorous Instructor's Training Program of North Bay Kung Fu & Karate in Okinawan Karate, Women's Kickboxing, and Children's programs.
