Kickboxing
Looking for a tough physical challenge?

This is a co-ed program designed for both men and women, ages 13 to adults.

The training is intense, and focuses on conditioning and fighting skills.  Some fighters compete in semi-contact competitions, and full contact competitions.

Fighting is not mandatory, but optionally part of each class.


We utilize these concepts:
  - Circuit training
  - Aerobic and anaerobic training
  - Boxing
  - Sport kickboxing
  - Thai kickboxing
