Our Women's Kickboxing Program takes music, excitement and energy and does it one better. This class combines aerobics, cardio-vascular & body toning with self defense tactics. It will also help with the following:
While you are shaping, toning, losing body fat and increasing endurance, you will learn basic Martial Arts techniques that could be used to protect yourself.
